King's Student Law Review: Commercial Law Call for Papers

For the next few months, the King’s Student Law Review Commercial & Financial Law Blog will be exclusively accepting submissions relating to ‘EU Competition Law’.

This broad theme encompasses topics such as general trends at EU level, including cartel enforcement, competition law enforcement and regulated sectors, new initiatives on private damages claims, technology transfer agreements, and sectors under particular scrutiny. This thematic call will end on the 15th October 2019 at 6pm (BST).

Submissions must be 500-2,500 words in length, comply with OSCOLA, and must reference relevant legal sources including any judgments, laws, treaties or other legal texts. Submissions also should be clear and concise, leaving out excessive jargon.
